When can I register for real estate courses?

• Virtual online course enrollments are open at all times due to the continuous scheduling of classes. Please contact us for an up to date schedule of online courses.
• The On-Site Principles course enrollments are only available when a session is scheduled. At that time, students can sign-up as early as a month before the course begins.
• Home study courses are also open for enrollment at all times.

How do I register for real estate courses?

• You can call the Career Development Department at 1-800-696-5305 and a member of our team will happily assist you with the registration process over the phone.
• You can call ahead and schedule an appointment to enroll in courses at the Career Development office located at 1414 East “F” Street, Building A., Suite 102 in Oakdale, Ca. 95361

How can I pay for my real estate courses?

• Payment for all courses is due upon enrollment and secures your spot in the class.
• We gladly accept Visa, Master Card, Check, Cash and Money Orders.

What do I do when I finish the courses?

• You must complete an Exam for each course you are enrolled in.
• All exams are taken online and are open book and open note.
• Each exam is 100 multiple choice questions and you have 3 hours to complete it.
• In order to successfully pass the exam, you must receive a score of 60% or higher.
• Your results are posted as soon as the exam is completed.
• If you do not pass the exam, you must wait 18 days to re-take it and you can re-take it as many times as needed within one year.

What happens when I pass the exam?

• The Department of Real Estate will mail you the License Application Form. Once this form is complete you must submit it back to the Department of Real Estate, then your Real Estate License will be issued.
