What do I need to work as a California Real Estate Salesperson?

• Must be 18 years or older
• Proof of legal presence in the United States
• Successful completion of:
  • Real Estate Principles,
  • Real Estate Practice,
  • and one additional DRE required course
• Pass State licensing exam
• Submit fingerprints
• Work under a broker
